Organizational Location: This position is with the Department of Homeland Security, within U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Office of Office of Human Resources Management, Strategic Partnerships and Communications Division with two (2) vacancies located in Washington, DC.
What You'll Do
- →This GS-13 Management and Program Analyst position in US Customs and Boarder Protection's Office of Human Resources Management, Strategic Partnerships and Communication Division, will allow you to use your expertise in providing expert analytical, advisory, and program management support on human capital issues and Human Resources Management operations.
- →This position starts at a salary of $121,785.00 (GS-13, Step 1) to $158,322.00 (GS-13, Step 10).

- →You will serve as the key liaison with internal and external stakeholders, including Department of Homeland Security and Congressional staff, to ensure HRM initiatives and policies align with CBP's mission and statutory requirements.
- →Typical work assignments include: Reviewing, prioritizing, assigning, and adjudicating incoming inquiries and requests for information, and tracks through completion Preparing external correspondence and other local correspondence on behalf of leadership to provide CBP comments and input as well as information of outcome of analysis and interpretation of policy, regulations, and guidelines.
- →Secures final approval of all actions.
- →Reviewing and analyzing the content of correspondence while ensuring that content of outgoing correspondence is accurate, clear, complete, and internally consistent.
