What You'll Do
- →As a(n) Management and Program Analyst, you will: Advise staff on administrative functions, develop process improvements, and serve as the liaison for cross-functional administrative activities and organizational requirements.
- →Conduct program studies, identify operational issues, and develop recommendations to improve administrative processes and program performance.
- →Prepare management reports and briefings, interpret administrative policies and procedures, and collaborate with managers to enhance human resources, acquisition, budget, and other administrative services.
