PLEASE NOTE: Based on the current hiring restrictions, selectees may be subject to additional approvals prior to an offer being extended. This position is located at Bureau of the Fiscal Service, Enterprise Planning Performance, and Evaluation Division. As a Management and Program Analyst, you will support the executive level program and project evaluation services that support efficient and effective mission operations and organizational alignment.
What You'll Do
- →As a Management and Program Analyst, you will: Support the enterprise governance process, including providing business areas with support on business case development, integrating initiatives with the Fiscal Service multi-year investment plan, and directly administering the governance boards.
- →Support the Fiscal Service planning and performance process, including devising and developing detailed goals, objectives, strategies and measures for the long- and short-range administration of major Bureau programs.
- →Provide expert analysis to management that encompasses programmatic milestones, schedules, and budgetary resource planning and execution required for effective management, operations, and decision making in support of a program or functional area.
- →Coordinate and align Fiscal Service annual priority and project planning efforts with fiscal agent, financial agent, and budget planning.
- →Collaborate with a variety of offices on the analysis, assessment, and reporting of shared efforts, such as budget justification, risk management, program management, and other planning-related activities.
Requirements

- ✓Must successfully complete a background investigation.
- ✓Periodic reinvestigation is required no later than five years after selection and at least every succeeding five years.
- ✓Complete a Declaration for Federal Employment to determine your suitability for Federal employment, at the time requested by the agency.
- ✓Have your salary sent to a financial institution of your choice by Direct Deposit/Electronic Funds Transfer.
- ✓If you are a male applicant born after December 31, 1959, certify that you have registered with the Selective Service System or are exempt from having to do so.
- ✓Go through a Personal Identity Verification (PIV) process that requires two forms of identification from the Form I-9.
- ✓Federal law requires verification of the identity and employment eligibility of all new hires in the U.S.
