You will serve as a Management and Program Analyst with Bureau of Reclamation. The primary purpose of this position is to perform highly complicated management and program analysis in which the analysis directly influences the focus and/or direction of the Natural and Cultural Resources Division programs.
What You'll Do
- →Conducts comprehensive reviews of internal operations and activities which directly influence the focus and/or direction of natural and cultural resource programs.
- →Analyzes new or proposed legislation, regulations, and/or program requirements in order to define, develop, and implement major changes across the bureau.
- →Develops long-range (e.g., more than 5 years) program plans, goals, objectives, and milestones for program and project accomplishments.
- →Provides analysis and advice to the NCRD Manager, regional and field staff, and senior leadership in the Commissioner's Office on natural and cultural resource programs and issues.
- →Duties will be developmental in nature when filled below the full performance level.

- ✓Upon completion of your probationary period your employment will be terminated unless you receive certification, in writing, that your continued employment advances the public interest.
