What You'll Do

  • This position is located at Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), Office of Permitting and Taxation (PT), National Revenue Center NRC).
  • As a Management and Program Analyst, you will: Provide strategic support to management across assigned program areas, apply advanced analytical skills to projects, and establish evaluation criteria to measure program effectiveness, productivity, and progress toward established goals and objectives.
  • Provide mission support to the Application Services Division (ASD) or the Tax Services Division (TSD), performing analytical work, project coordination, and documentary research necessary to advance the mission of the Office of Permitting and Taxation (PT).
  • Conduct studies and analyses of programs and operations to identify issues and recommend improvements, research and interpret policies and procedures to support operational enhancements, and prepare written reports and presentations that communicate findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
