About the Role
This position is part of the Air Force Elements, U.S. Transportation Command.
What You'll Do
- →Knowledge Management: Formulate plans and provide advisory services relating to staff operations throughout the directorate and support assigned programs/projects; reliably advise supervisors and directorate leaders on knowledge management and change management processes.
- →Human Resources Liaison: Executes directorate's organizational changes and manpower requirements through data-driven analysis.
- →Liaison to Manpower and Personnel Directorate (TCJ1), managing the end-to-end lifecycle of Requests for Personnel Actions (RPAs) and civilian position descriptions.
- →Expertly coordinates command personnel programs, including Reserve Component utilization and organizational sponsorship, while ensuring total compliance with USTRANSCOM governance and regulatory staffing standards.
- →Training and Administration: Coordinates annual directorate training requirements, awards and decorations, records management filing system, and directorate SharePoint content.
- →Customer Service: Projects enthusiasm, a strong willingness to help internal and external customers, and rapidly resolves problems in a manner building that builds customer confidence in the program.

- ✓Unofficial transcripts from U.S.
- ✓Department of Education accredited colleges, universities, schools, or institutions listing your name, the name of the school, the date and degree awarded, and the list of classes and credits earned are acceptable for the application process.
- ✓If selected, official transcripts are required before a firm job offer is made.
- ✓A photocopy of your degree/diploma is not acceptable.
- ✓When relying on foreign education, submit transcripts and a copy of the equivalency evaluation results letter with a course-by-course listing.
- ✓Documents must be in English or include an English translation.
- ✓The hiring employer for this position does not evaluate degrees from foreign colleges or universities.
