About the Position: Serves as a Management Analyst for military personnel services, and related processes within the Army Human Resources Command (HRC), The Adjutant General Directorate (TAGD) located at Fort Knox, KY.
What You'll Do
- →Recommend work process or other changes to management.
- →Analyze large amounts of statistical information pertaining to the productivity of workload within standards.
- →Research information while developing new approaches to program evaluation which serve as precedents for others.
- →Utilize Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) to analyze and manage the workload of the Division and suggest ways for improvements to management.
