What You'll Do
- →The Management Analyst is responsible for managing HR programs related to staffing, classification, employee and labor relations, workforce development, and equal employment opportunity.
- →In this position, you will: Conduct workforce planning and organizational assessments by analyzing staffing levels, position management, workload allocation, and competency needs, and recommends strategies to optimize workforce performance and achieve program goals.
- →Provide HR advisory services to managers and employees on staffing, recruitment, classification, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and employee development.
- →Provide strategic HR policy and program support by advising leadership on personnel policies, procedures, and workforce management matters.
- →Serve as the technical expert for HR information systems, overseeing data maintenance, reporting, and electronic processes while providing user support and guidance.
