You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST (READY RELEVANT LEARNING (RRL) LIASION) in in the ASSISTANT DEPUTY COS DIVISION (N7A), DCOS FOR TRAINING AND EDUCATION (N7), of COMNAVRESFORCOM.
What You'll Do
- →You will serve as one of four Navy Reserve Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) Selected Reserve (SELRES) Rate Managers, and report directly to the RRL Program Manager.
- →You will coordinate aspects of the RRL program’s Production Line of Effort.
- →You will develop and refine instructional elements.
- →You will coordinate additional Navy Reserve Force subject matter expert participation in Type Command (TYCOM)-sponsored RRL rating development workshops.
- →You will maintain a tracking system for all SELRES Sailors requiring RRL training in any rates in the position’s designated rating management group.
- →You will coordinate with N7 Quota Control personnel to secure RRL training quotas as needed for RRL Sailors.
- →You will coordinate and communicate sustainment aspects of the RRL program to RESFOR staff manpower, personnel and training managers and other staff members.
- →You will collate RESFOR RRL information and create integrated transition status briefs, programmatic and financial briefs, assessment briefs, and other strategic communication products.
