You will serve as a GG-13 OPNAV N99P2 Management Analyst for the DNI/DDNI OPNAV SUPPORT STAFF.
What You'll Do
- →You will perform a broad range of complex tasks to develop, analyze, evaluate, and improve organizational manpower and training programs, capabilities, and procedures.
- →You will collect, interpret, and integrate information from multiple sources to assess portfolios and produce or update presentation materials for senior Navy audiences.
- →You will execute program and budget integration efforts, provide full-spectrum Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) support and resource analysis to enable effective programming decisions.
- →You will assess program effectiveness, identify and design methodologies to address requirements and resourcing gaps, and analyze multi source data to generate well supported conclusions.
- →You will coordinate stakeholder inputs, maintain liaison with external organizations, present and defend positions on complex issues, and manage analytical work, timelines, and deliverables across the PPBE.
