You will serve as a Management Analyst in the Administrative Directorate of SURFACE WARFARE OFFICERS SCHOOL.
What You'll Do
- →You will serve as the civilian personnel and military manpower analyst responsible for coordinating all manpower directed changes throughout the SWSC domain.
- →You will provide management advisory services concerning program cost analysis, productivity enhancing capital investment programs, outsourcing and privatization studies, work measurement, engineered studies, etc.
- →You will research, interpret, analyze and apply manpower and organization regulations, directives, and policies for application to service support programs.
