About the Position: This position is located at Naval Hospital Jacksonville and will be in a sedentary office environment. No hiring incentives will be offered for this position. Only the first 50 applicants will be considered. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation.
What You'll Do
- →The primary responsibility of the position is to provide administrative, technical, analytic, and statistical work related to various human resources programs administered by the Civilian Personnel Liaison Office.
- →Processes a wide variety of routine and complex personnel actions requiring an in-depth knowledge of civilian personnel rules and regulations.
- →Coordinate the Performance Appraisal Review System (PARS).
- →Alternate Drug Free Workplace Program (DFWP) Coordinator.
- →Provide advice and guidance to employees and managers on DFWP.
- →Schedule random drug test, review results, reschedule if needed.
- →Point of Contact (POC) for management on information pertaining to civilian personnel hiring actions.
- →Provides technical assistance to management prior to submission of a Request for Personnel Action (RPA) to the Civilian Human Resources Agency (CHRA).
- →Receives, reviews, and monitors all Requests for Civilian Hire Approval forms submitted by departments.
