You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the CIVMAR Manpower section (N13A1), of the Manpower Management Branch (N13A), in the Business Management & Support Division, of the Total Force Management Office (N1), of the Military Sealift Command (MSC) of MILITARY SEALIFT COMMAND.
What You'll Do
- →You will have knowledge of management and organizational principles, theories, and techniques of analysis and evaluation, including administrative practices and procedures common to the organization or areas of responsibility.
- →You will have thorough knowledge of the MSC organizational structure and mission, program goals and objectives, work processes, and administrative operations and policies.
- →You will have a comprehensive knowledge of management and organizational techniques, systems, and procedures.
- →You will have ability to perform a wide variety of analytical studies and projects related to management improvement, position, position management, controls and long-range planning.
