This position is located with the Bureau of Indian Affairs, BIA Central Office in Boise, Idaho. The incumbent will provide in-depth program and management analyst services, direction, and guidance for comprehensive management studies, projects, and program implementation.
What You'll Do
- →Develop, implement, and administer all actions related to the collection, management and reporting of Indian Energy data consistent with Indian Affairs mission, the Administrations priorities, individual Tribes' priorities and goals, and mandated performance targets and milestones.
- →Defines and implements both short term and long-range data management and reporting activities to enhance the operation of the Office of Indian Energy, including multi-year strategic planning.
- →Coordinates data and information requests on behalf of the Office of Indian Energy.
- →Collects and analyzes a myriad of data and information and consolidates into a format that will be included in and become part of a larger study.
- →Monitors organization's strategy for changes in regulatory developments, workforce conditions, emerging priorities and directives from higher authorities and evaluates their impact on the program and its resources and provides interpretative guidance to activities.
