This position is located in the Department of Health and Human Services, Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, headquartered in Rockville, Maryland.
What You'll Do
- →As a Management Analyst (Grant Compliance Specialist) you will: Assist with the administration of the full grants life cycle by reviewing and processing award actions, post-award modifications, closeout activities, recipient submissions, and administrative documentation to ensure compliance with Federal regulations, HHS policy, and agency requirements.
- →Conducts analyses of grants, financial, and operational information; reviews budgets, reports, and resource plans; identifies compliance issues and discrepancies; and prepares findings and recommendations that support effective program and resource.
- →Assists in developing program plans, standard operating procedures, guidance documents, and administrative processes that improve efficiency, strengthen internal controls, and support effective program administration.
- →Advises Federal staff, grantees, and program officials on administrative and grants management requirements, coordinates activities across organizations, supports special projects, and prepares reports and briefing materials for management.
