What You'll Do
- →Serving as a Management Analyst GS-0343-11/12 makes you a valuable member of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) team and mission.
- →This position is located in the Mission and Readiness Support Directorate in Glynco, Georgia.
- →The primary purpose of this position is to serves as a Management Analyst responsible for providing management analysis services to the staff, managers and supervisors in the assessment and evaluation of assigned programs.
- →Those services support managers in aligning programs with organizational and Departmental Strategic Plans and mission-related goals and objectives.
- →Typical duties include: Serving as project coordinator by assigning, tracking, providing assistance, and assuring timely completion of projects.
- →Plans, evaluates, coordinates, and integrates activities with other staff and related program functions.
- →Preparing and presenting subject matter and research studies.
- →Developing new methods and management processes.
- →Conducting detailed analyses of best practices demonstrated by other government agencies and the private sector for possible implementation.
- →Providing input/suggestions to management on methods, procedures, management surveys, management reports, control techniques, and organization structures.
- →Assisting managers and supervisors in devising ways and means to acquire, analyze, and interpret data as it relates to workload projection and forecasting, mission support requirements, evaluations, and reporting.
- →Developing recommendations for programming and budgetary adjustments to support unanticipated changes in program operations and/or funds that require the approval of officials at higher echelons.
