What You'll Do
- →Ensures efficient distribution and management of non-accountable IT equipment, boosting productivity.
- →Combines dedicated customer support, meticulous inventory control, and process optimization to drive overall operational effectiveness.
- →Oversees DFAS Move-Add-Change (MAC) forms.
- →Ensures timely completion, resolves issues, and tracks requests to provide prompt customer updates on all tickets.
- →Provides technical guidance and training on regulatory and administrative accountability to lower-graded technicians, clerks, and hand receipt holders to ensure contract compliance.
- →Accomplishes a wide variety of assignments concerned with effectiveness and efficiency of programs and operations.
- →This position may be required to lift up to 20 lbs and operate a pallet jack to move around and transport equipment.
Requirements
- ✓Substitution of Education for Specialized Experience: GS-07 One full year of graduate level education or a bachelor's degree with Superior Academic Achievement may be substituted to meet the specialized experience requirement.
