This position is located with Bonneville Power Administration, in the Program Management Office of the Chief Administrative Office (N). A successful candidate in the Management Analyst position will serve as a ???????senior analyst and project manager responsible for planning, organizing, conducting, and leading projects, studies, and other initiatives.
What You'll Do
- →As a Management Analyst, you will: Plan, organize, and lead or conduct projects, studies, and analyses of considerable scope and depth critical to the resolution of organizational effectiveness issues.
- →Analyze and recommend methods for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of programs and procedures through process modification and application of evolving technology.
- →Serve as a subject-matter expert regarding policy development, changes or updates to existing policies and procedures.
- →Establish criteria for identifying and analyzing trends in activities and measuring organizational effectiveness in achieving objectives and goals.
- →When required, monitor contractor activities to ensure contractors execute project plans on time, meeting deliverable milestones within budget and with satisfactory quality.
- →Provide updates and reports on contractor performance to management.
- →Project Management Professional Certification is preferred, but not required.
