As a Management Analyst, you will provide information for decision making on the administrative and programmatic aspects of agency operations and provide or obtain a variety of management services.
What You'll Do
- →The duties described are for the full-performance level.
- →At developmental grade levels, assignments will be of more limited scope, performed with less independence and limited complexity.
- →The duties may include, but are not limited to: Providing technical guidance and support on operational issues and project/program issues related to procurement, space management, fleet management, property management, and communication services.
- →Maintain accountability systems, provide analyses and reports to facilitate the decision-making process.
- →Develop methods to collect, validate, analyze and evaluate complex, technical and incomplete datasets.
- →Prepare briefing papers, decision memorandum, informational memorandum, and related documents for senior officials of the Agency and Department.
- →Make official presentations of analyses and evaluations, or attend such presentations when made by management, to explain, clarify, or answer questions as appropriate.
- →Perform a variety of financial management duties which include budget formulation, execution, tracking and reviewing transactions, monthly Status of Funds reports, etc.
- →Orders, monitors, tracks, and reconciles related purchases, supplies, equipment, services and supporting documents.
