What You'll Do
- →Developing new or modified work methods, organizational structures, management processes, staffing patterns, procedures, guidelines, and automated work processes; advising managers on implementation of management policies and procedures to accomplish organizational objectives.
- →Advising on the interpretation and implementation of new and revised legislation, policies, regulations, and procedures; working with managers and program officials to ensure work is accomplished in adherence to requirements.
- →Preparing project papers, staff reports, management summaries, and briefing papers; organizing and delivering briefings to managers to promote understanding and acceptance of findings and recommendations.
