What You'll Do
- →As a Management Analyst, you will: Analyze and recommend solutions to problems in organizational structure, administrative procedures, and work processes.
- →Provide guidance on interpretation and implementation of new and revised legislation, policies, regulations, and procedures.
- →Oversee contractor performance for quality assurance and reporting purposes.
- →Prepare reports, briefing materials, and other written products that present findings, recommendations, and management information for leadership decision-making.
- →Perform analytical reviews of management practices; identify organizational issues; and prepare recommendations to improve program operations and administrative processes.
