About the Role
This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Domestic Defense Industrial Base (DIB) Facilities and the Major Range and Test Facilities Base (MRTFB) to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
What You'll Do
- →Construct, alter, repair, or modify items and structures such as framework, rafters, doors, finished paneling, windows, rough furniture, interior and exterior trim, trusses, and beams.
- →Install lintels and arches.
- →Perform routine and emergency services on door locks, vehicle locks, cargo doors, windows, and padlocks.
- →Check the condition of foundations, walks, flooring, roofs, doors, windows, guttering, roof joists and rafters, concrete walls, and block walls.
- →Return orders filled out with problems corrected or material required to be ordered.
Requirements

- ✓For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone -- no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
