You will serve as a LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the Logistics, Supply and Support (N4) Department of NAVMEDFORLANT PORTSMOUTH VA.
What You'll Do
- →You will provide strategic guidance and operational oversight of acquisitions, contracting, equipment repair, accountable equipment, operating material and supplies inventories, and supply chain management across the enterprise.
- →You will assist in the development of short- and long-range logistics plans.
- →You will provide data analysis and consultative support for both Expeditionary and Non-Expeditionary logistics programs, such as the Medical Prepositioned War Reserve Materiel program.
- →You will gather and review data to prepare briefs, reports, and recommendations regarding program effectiveness and the integration of funding with system development to ensure program goals are met.
- →You will provide analytical support for key logistics programs and processes.
- →You will provide guidance on current force maintenance and logistics capabilities and activities.
