About the Position: This position serves as a Logistics Management Specialist for the U.S. Army Security Assistance Command located at Redstone Arsenal, AL. The Army's Face to the World, the one-stop focal point for Army FMS, and the international partner of choice in U.S. Security Assistance.
What You'll Do
- →Manage the complete foreign military sales (FMS) development process for the organization.
- →Serve as the Subject matter expert (SME) for foreign military sales development process for complex weapon systems and other cases.
- →Develop new analytical methodologies to assess material readiness rates, total package approach, and life cycle costs for major weapon systems.
- →Develop new policies, standard operating procedures, and training materials related to international logistics and FMS development.
- →Deliver advanced training sessions for personnel across the command, ensuring critical knowledge transfer and standardization of complex processes.
- →Represent the Command at inter-agency and international forums as a technical advocate for case development.
