The primary purpose of this position is to independently serves as Munitions Management Element Lead in the AirForce Forces (AFFOR) Cell for planning, scenario development, and execution of Operational Level warfare Command and Control (C2) exercises and experiments for the purpose of supporting Geographic Combatant Command, (GCC).
What You'll Do
- →Implements, plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the Weapons and Munitions Management Element.
- →Applies military operations experience to analyze, develop, coordinate, and evaluate goals and objectives for planning and organizing projects to accomplish Air Component training goals and objectives.
- →Documents planning and programming decisions in appropriate formats to meet DoD, Joint Staff, Combatant Command, Air Force and C-MAJCOM training requirements.
- →Serves as the senior representative and spokesperson in communicating weapons/munitions program matters.
- →Maintains professional and technical expertise.
- →Attends training, conferences, and briefings to maintain andincrease individual knowledge of operational doctrine, tactics, techniques and procedures, training methods,processes, and procedures; including awareness of functional expertise in the assigned area.
