The primary purpose of this position is: to serve as the Chief of the Movement Support Branch, functioning as a senior Logistics Management Specialist responsible for planning, directing, organizing, and exercising supervisory control over branch personnel and operations in support of USCENTCOM's joint deployment and distribution missions.
What You'll Do
- →Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the Movement Support Branch of the Mobility Division.
- →Develops and publishes operational and strategic level policy and directives to maintain and enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the CENTCOM theater distribution network.
- →Manages the Special Category Travel program which standardizes processes and procedures to be used within the CENTCOM AOR.
- →Manages Strategic Mobility Initiatives supporting USCENTCOM plans, exercises, contingencies and operations.
- →Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
