THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT OFFICER, Position Description Number D243000 and is part of the 107TH ATKW, National Guard. This vacancy does not meet the criteria for appointment of annuitants.
What You'll Do
- →As a LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT OFFICER (GS-0346-13) you will serve as the base senior Logistics Management Officer/Commander assigned to the Logistics Readiness Squadron, Mission Support Group, in an ANG Wing.
- →Its primary purpose is to provide overall senior level supervisory management of the logistics personnel and programs.
- →Plans, directs, and administers logistics programs to include Operations Compliance, Cargo Movement, Air Transportation, Logistics Plans, Vehicle Maintenance and Management, Ground Transportation, Fuels Management and Material Management.
- →Supervises positions engaged in substantive logistics work.
- →Responsible for overall management of the units' resources, manpower, equipment accountability, internal controls and training in peacetime, in preparation to perform the State and Federal missions.
