This position is located in the Small Business Administration, Office of Field Operations in Portland, OR and De Moines, IA . ???The incumbent provides technical guidance and assistance to lenders, small businesses, and resource partners in the district to increase access to capital and optimize the effectiveness of SBA programs and mission.
What You'll Do
- →Providing assistance through consultation and customer interactions with lenders (one-on-one) including credible or serviceable telephone calls (inquiries/self-initiated), emails (inquires/self-initiated), meetings and lender office drop-in visitors.
- →Providing assistance to small businesses to facilitate and share information and guidance as it relates to eligibility, credit readiness and range of financing options.
