What You'll Do
- →Leading the ethics program, managing financial disclosure processes, providing standards of conduct guidance, and coordinating ethics training in accordance with federal requirements.
- →Directing the records management program, ensuring compliance with National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) requirements and federal records policies.
- →Providing senior-level program management and policy coordination across legislative and compliance functions, analyzing and improving internal processes to enhance operational efficiency; develops and delivers executive-level briefings, reports, and performance analyses to inform leadership decision-making and strengthen program effectiveness.
