What You'll Do
- →Serve as Work Leader by identifying, distributing, and balancing workload and tasks to team members in accordance with established workflow.
- →Report to the supervisor on team and individual work accomplishments, problems, and progress in mastering tasks and work processes.
- →Answer team member’s questions concerning work processes and procedures, policies and directives.
- →Identify and act on computer system/program problems involving the DJMS-AC and DJMS-RC garnishment, bankruptcy, and tax levy (GBT) system.
- →Answer all types of technical and complex correspondence and inquiries concerning active/reserve military pay that is being garnished by state courts and federal tax levies, or disbursed for reasons concerning a bankruptcy.
Requirements
- ✓GS-08 Substitution of Education for Experience: Eighteen months of graduate level education may be substituted to meet the specialized experience required when it is directly related to the work of the position being filled.
- ✓Equivalent combinations of successfully completed graduate level education and experience may be used to meet total experience requirements when the education is directly related to the position being filled.
- ✓If you are using education to substitute for the specialized experience and/or a basic requirement, you must submit transcripts at the time you apply.
