- →Oversees development and integration of project schedules and risk products to ensure credible performance and planning health.
- →Advises project leadership on schedule status, metrics, risks, and planning issues to support high-level decisions.
- →Serves as task monitor for PPandC contract support, ensuring delivery quality, compliance, and alignment with project needs.
- →Leads development of integrated planning insights and strategic recommendations for major reviews and leadership forums.
