What You'll Do
- →WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY As a Lead IT Specialist (SysAnalysis), you will: Lead and provide subject matter expertise for IT systems modernization initiatives, including evaluation, design, and implementation of low-code/no-code platforms and open-source technologies to improve agility, scalability, and maintainability.
- →Identify, distribute and balance workload and tasks among employees in accordance with established workflow, skill level and/or occupational specialization.
- →Develop policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards for the planning, development, integration, implementation, and evaluation of information technology systems and subsystems.
- →Serve as an expert on IT projects, advising top management on major IT products and/or service issues.
- →Lead and provide subject matter expertise for IT systems modernization initiatives, including low-code/no-code and open-source solutions.
