What You'll Do
- →Oversees routine daily operations to ensure the analysis and documentation of all manufacturing waste from passport and secure card production.
- →Ensures waste, returned passports, and returned secure cards from the U.S.
- →Department of State's (DOS) issuing agencies and from various government agencies are documented.
- →Assigns work and provides oversight and guidance to PPW’s and DITs ensuring the work is completed in compliance with security protocols.
- →Conducts and ensures support staff are trained on proper inspection techniques, identification of defects and use of equipment in the Centers.
- →Provides updates to the Supervisory Quality Assurance Specialist on the status and progress of work, and all work delays.
Requirements
- ✓Substitution of education in lieu of specialized experience may be used for this grade level.

- ✓If you cannot obtain your graduate school's definition of one year of graduate study, 18 semester hours (or 27 quarter hours) should be considered as satisfying the requirement for one year of full-time graduate study.
