What You'll Do
- →Oversee routine daily operations to ensure the analysis and documentation of all manufacturing waste from passport and secure card production.
- →Ensure waste, returned passports, and returned secure cards from the U.S.
- →Department of State's (DOS) issuing agencies and other various government agencies are documented.
- →Assign work and provides oversight and guidance to PPWs and DITs to ensures work is completed in compliance with security protocols.
- →Reconcile passport chips by production batch, initiates investigation of any discrepancies in chip count and notifies management.
- →Assist in preparing product quality reports.
Requirements
- ✓Substitution of education in lieu of specialized experience may be used for this grade level.

- ✓If you cannot obtain your graduate school's definition of one year of graduate study, 18 semester hours (or 27 quarter hours) should be considered as satisfying the requirement for one year of full-time graduate study.
