About the Role
About the Position: This is vacancy for Lead Civil Engineer (Hydraulics), GS-0810-13 with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Tulsa District. Duty Location is Tulsa, OK. ***NOTE: You MUST provide a copy of your transcripts with your application package or you will be rated ineligible.***
What You'll Do
- →You will serve as lead technical expert in hydrologic engineering and real-time water management You will lead an engineering team, distribute workload, and provide technical coaching to meet objectives.
- →You will coordinate the development of water control plans for complex, multi-purpose reservoir systems.
- →You will oversee the preparation and review of technical reports, engineering studies, and operational manuals.
- →You will direct water management operations during critical events like floods and droughts.
- →You will prepare scopes of work, guides architect-engineer firms and performs quality assurance reviews.
