What You'll Do
- →Leads the administration of financial policies, advises on new laws, ensures accurate disclosures, and reports on DLA's financial health.
- →Assigns, tracks, and reviews team tasks to ensure high-quality, timely completion in line with standards and deadlines.
- →Integrates the organization's strategic plan, mission, vision, and values into the team's goals, strategies, and work products.
- →Serves as a coach, facilitator, and negotiator to coordinate team initiatives and foster consensus-building activities.
- →Represents the team to the supervisor to obtain necessary resources and resolve major work-related issues.
- →Coordinates with the supervisor on performance management issues, recommending promotions, reassignments, and performance appraisals.

- ✓If you cannot obtain your graduate school's definition of one year of graduate study, 18 semester hours (or 27 quarter hours) should be considered as satisfying the requirement for one year of full-time graduate study.
