This position is located in the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (CMMI), Patient Care Models Group (PCMG), Division of Specialty Payment Models (DSPM). As an IT Specialist (Sys/Analysis), GS-2210-13, you will build products delivering unparallled value to stakeholders and customers and those who care for them by leveraging emerging technoloyg, methodologies, and trends.
What You'll Do
- →Lead cross-functional product teams through the full product lifecycle to design, develop, deliver, and improve IT products and services that meet mission and user needs.
- →Analyze customer and stakeholder needs to define business and technical requirements, translate requirements into user stories, and recommend effective IT solutions and process improvements.
- →Manage product strategy, roadmaps, priorities, releases, risks, resources, schedules, and performance metrics to ensure successful delivery and continuous improvement of digital products.
- →Engage customers and stakeholders through research, usability testing, feedback, demonstrations, briefings, and other activities to inform product direction and improve user experience.
- →Advise leadership on complex IT, product, and systems issues by evaluating performance data, identifying weaknesses, recommending solutions, and integrating security, compliance, and accessibility throughout delivery.
