What You'll Do
- →Gather, analyze, document, and manage stakeholder requirements, acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to translate clear capability needs and associated gaps.
- →Orchestrate cross-functional teams to define scope, create schedules, manage risks, allocate tasks, ensure quality, communicate progress, and foster collaboration across organizations to facilitate informed senior leader decisions.
- →Decompose Operational Requirement into high-level capability requirements for IT services/capabilities.
- →Identify and prepare the documentation of the high-level requirements in a Capability Needs Statement.
- →Provide feedback to leadership and stakeholders through appropriate reports, meetings, briefings, and information papers, both formally and informally.
- →Regularly brief senior leadership/staff on project status and significant developments.
- →Contribute creative ideas and actively participate in team meetings, resulting in added value to the team's products and services.
- →Ensure Oral and written communications are clear, accurate, timely, and presented in a concise manner.
Requirements
- ✓There is no substitution of education for specialized experience at the GS-13 grade level Required Documents: The following supporting documents are ONLY required if applicable to your personal qualifications or status.
