What You'll Do
- →Lead Cross-Functional Coordination & Interagency Liaison: Coordinate IT policy and service delivery across all DMDC directorates, the Department of Defense (DoD), and partner federal agencies to drive mission success and facilitate secure, seamless enterprise IT integration.
- →Oversee IT Portfolio Management & Capital Planning: Direct IT capital planning and investment control (CPIC), workforce planning, resource allocation, and risk management across the DMDC portfolio to ensure cost, schedule, and performance goals support agency business strategies.
- →Guide End-to-End Product Lifecycle & Team Execution: Lead cross-functional project teams through all phases of the product and system lifecycle, including requirements gathering, roadmap strategy, acquisition, technical evaluation, testing, fielding, and continuous improvement.
- →Drive Performance Management & Continuous Improvement: Leverage IT performance measurement tools and metrics to identify and resolve workforce and operational challenges, evaluate policy effectiveness, and optimize customer service delivery.
