What You'll Do
- →You will provide strategic leadership, aligning agency-wide AI solutions and enterprise architecture frameworks with federal compliance and data standards.
- →You will be responsible for the IT strategy, delivery, and lifecycle management of comprehensive IT/AI workforce initiatives in Data Science, Analytics, and applied Generative AI.
- →You will establish and direct the overarching IT vision, technical framework, and execution of NAVWAR’s data science and artificial intelligence capability programs.
- →You will interrelated IT/AI projects, leveraging deep technical knowledge of data science, software development, and Artificial Intelligence to oversee contractor delivery of algorithmic and large language model (LLM) training.
- →You will develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to advise executive leadership on capability program effectiveness, technical directive compliance, and return on investment.
- →You will establish technical standards and priorities for AI competency development, monitoring rapid advancements in software engineering, data science, and AI to keep programs relevant.
