As an Information Technology Specialist, you'll troubleshoot and maintain Windows, macOS, networking, and cybersecurity systems while supporting researchers and clinicians. What You'll Do
- →Provide Tier 2/3 IT support for Windows, macOS, mobile devices, software applications, and peripheral equipment.
- →Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, network, and security-related incidents.
- →Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade desktop, laptop, and communication technologies.
- →Administer user accounts, access permissions, password resets, and identity management processes.
- →Monitor and maintain system performance, availability, and reliability across supported environments.
- →Implement and enforce cybersecurity policies, security controls, and information assurance requirements.
- →Support network connectivity, telecommunications, video conferencing, and hybrid meeting technologies.
- →Develop and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles.
- →Provide end-user training, technical guidance, and customer support to clinical and research staff.
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate, implement, and improve IT solutions that support clinical research and healthcare operations.
Requirements
