This position serves as a Supervisory IT Program Manager (INFOSEC/NETWORK), located in the Department of Justice, Chief Information Officer, Cybersecurity Services Staff, National Classified Systems Directorate in Washington, DC. The incumbent is responsible for providing applications, network, and information security services that provide secure, redundant, and stable IT systems in support of IT operations to enhance the capabilities of DOJ-OCIO in performing the mission.
What You'll Do
- →The duties and responsibilities for a IT Specialist (INFOSEC/SYSADMIN) GS-2210-14 generally include, but are not limited to, the following: Manages the development of new systems operations with complex designs.
- →Plans the execution of approved IT policies and programs.
- →Coordinates the preparation of testing and implementation plans.
- →Coordinates IT products and services to integrate them into OCIO operations.
- →Manages the development of new network operations with complex designs.
Requirements
- ✓Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify.
- ✓For the GS-14 level, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone.
- ✓No substitution of education for experience is permitted.
