What You'll Do
- →You will assist personnel in utilizing existing IT, Information Management (IM), and Knowledge Management (KM) systems and processes to enable the efficient display and sharing of information associated with the training center.
- →You will provide analysis in support of IT acquisition, IT contract review, NMCI task orders, and shared services business practices.
- →You will analyze programs to determine whether there is an equipment malfunction, software problem, or lack of user understanding regarding the use of equipment or software; provide training as necessary.
- →You will manage changes to hardware, software, firmware, system documentation, and testing throughout the operational life of all systems.
