What You'll Do
- →Cybersecurity Code 441- Network Operations Specialist: Plans, implements, and operates network services/systems, to include hardware and virtual environments.
- →Design and implement modern IT solutions to enable effective collaboration across the VA.
- →Manage and support cloud-based technologies and platforms that advance VA's mission.
- →Improve productivity and efficiency for call centers, telephony, web conferencing, and secure messaging.
- →Monitor and maintain secure, resilient, and reliable connectivity services.
- →Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to collaboration platforms.
- →Support digital transformation initiatives within the Office of Information Technology.
- →Develop and maintain documentation for IT systems and processes.
- →Ensure compliance with VA data security and privacy standards.
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT services.
- →Provide training and guidance to end users on collaboration tools and technologies.
- →Promotion Potential: This position is at full performance level Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 am-4:30 pm Compressed/Flexible: At supervisors discretion Telework: Telework eligibility will be discussed during the interview process.
