This position is being recruited under 10 USC 1599f into the Cyber Excepted Service and does NOT convey eligibility to be converted to the Competitive Service. It has been identified as a position necessary to carry out and support the mission of the US Cyber Command. What You'll Do
- →Develops, interprets, plans, and applies policy, processes, procedures and strategies in the delivery of multi-discipline IT services required to achieve data and system integration / interoperability for assigned systems and applications.
- →Provides expert technical guidance and oversight of information security policies to ensure the continued operational availability and integrity of enterprise systems, networks, and data.
- →Applies expert technical skills in troubleshooting, system recovery, OS/network configurations, and scheduling to resolve the most complex customer problems.
- →Provides advice and assistance to customers and troubleshoots the most complex problems in a manner that minimizes interruptions in customers’ ability to carry out critical business activities.
- →Develops technical resolution databases, evaluates emerging customer support tools, and ensures rigorous information security compliance during service delivery.
- →Leads rapid response teams to restore critical operations during catastrophic events, including cyber incidents and widespread power outages.

- ✓There is no substitution of education for the qualifying experience at the GG-13 grade level.
