About the Position: This position will provide customer support in person or remotely via online remote troubleshooting software within the core facility or one of the 18 local buildings served. This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
What You'll Do
- →Provide on-site work center support.
- →Customize electronic health record functional and technical system settings for optimal performance.
- →Conduct an effective electronic health record training program for the Military Treatment Facility.
- →Provide on the job training to clinic users to include electronic health record initial and refresher training.
- →Manage trouble tickets for all clinical systems.
