This position is located in the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Office of Information Technology (OIT), Applications Management Group (AMG),Div. of Medicare System Modernization (DMSM). As an IT Specialist (Artificial Intelligence), GS-2210-13, you will build platforms that streamline the end-to-end Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning lifecycle, manage resources, automate workflows, and ensure compliance and governance.
What You'll Do
- →Provide technical guidance and training to product managers, data scientists and engineers on platform usage and best practices.
- →Lead collaborative efforts with product owners and business stakeholders to analyze complex program requirements, identify strategic opportunities for AI/ML solutions.
- →Collaborate with data scientists to productionize fraud prevention models, ensuring seamless transition from development to production environments while maintaining model performance, monitoring, and compliance.
- →Design and implement security frameworks and access controls for AI/ML platforms to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with federal regulations.
