The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the Lead Platform Engineer overseeing team's efforts to build reliable platforms to allow NASIC and DoD Intelligence Community Agencies to utilize software in a secure environment. **Salary ranges include local market supplements.**
What You'll Do
- →As the Subject Matter Expert (SME), lead all efforts for the creation, implementation, and management of portable and extensible platforms.
- →Oversee platform user requirements, system documentation and troubleshooting.
- →Lead collaboration efforts with engineers, software development teams and Cybersecurity to ensure Continuous Integration Continuous Deployment pipeline meet all security guidelines.
Requirements
- ✓ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: This position is a Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel Systems (DCIPS) position implemented under Section 504, Title V of Public Law 99-569, Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1987, as codified in Sec 1601, Chap 83 of Title 10 United States Code which sets forth Air Force policies and procedures for DCIPS.
- ✓This position is in the Excepted Service.
