The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a senior Information Technology (IT) Specialist with responsibility for designing, writing, testing, debugging, and maintaining complex applications software that meets functional requirements.

- →Serves as a team leader in applications programming/analysis projects.
- →Troubleshoots and resolves complex application problems.
- →Manages acquisition of IT assets and prepares supporting software system documentation.
