This position is located with Bonneville Power Administration, in the Data Integration and Reporting (JLSR) organization of Software Development and Operations (JLS), Enterprise Shared Services (JL), Information Technology (J). This position will serve as the principal technical coordinator for the Financial Planning and Analysis Cloud (FPAC) platform which encompasses the utilization of Oracle Cloud Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) across critical business application environments.
What You'll Do
- →As an IT Specialist (APPSW/DATAMGT), you will: Provide authoritative technical leadership, strategic direction, and technical oversight to a team of federal specialists, contractors (including System Administrators and Oracle Cloud Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Developers), and business partners.
- →Design complex application architectures, managing multi-system data integrations, establishing development standards, and providing expert technical advice to management and senior agency officials on the Financial Planning and Analysis Cloud (FPAC) ecosystem.
- →Lead the analysis, design, development, testing, deployment and support of complex enterprise-wide software applications and integrations within the Oracle Cloud EPM environment.
- →Ensure strict adherence to federal information security (INFOSEC) requirements, data handling standards, and NIST guidelines across the entire FPAC cloud infrastructure.
- →Manage core system administration tasks, including EPM metadata management, application maintenance, performance tuning, and user security provisioning.
